This looks like an even spread of results, but this pattern has proved to be very reliable in the past.
On good or better going, in races with 8 - 20 runners :-
Stalls 1 - 6        won 54 of 88 races    61 %
The Top 6 stalls won 37 of 88 races    42 %
The 2006 recommendation remains unaltered for 2007 :-
In races of 8 - 13 runners, stalls 1 - 6 won 42 of 59 races 71%.

On good/good to soft in places or softer going, runners often race away from the Low rail in search of faster ground.
The few results are spread and there is no recommendation on this type of going.

2006 results :- 2-8, 7-9, 9-11, 1-13, 4-13, 7-16, 10-16, 15-16
