There is a short term trend in these races.
On good or better going during 2003,  9 of 12 races were won from stalls 1 - 6.
On good or better going during 2004,  6 of   9 races were won from stalls 1 - 6.
On good or better going during 2005,  8 of 12 races were won from stalls 1 - 6.
On good or better going during 2006,  7 of 11 races were won from stalls 1 - 6.
On good or better going in the last 4 years, stalls 1 - 6 won 30 of 44 races 68%.
Although that is a promising percentage, those races show little in the way of clustering in a minority of stalls.
Overall, stalls 1 to 6 won 48 of 80 races 60%.
Before 2003 this pattern favoured the Top 6 stalls  i.e. stalls towards the centre of the course, away from the Low running rail.
The series of results shown above have now swung the stats in favour of the Bottom half of the draw.
You may choose to follow that short term trend, but as far as this web site is concerned, the only recommendation at present for this course and distance is for races with stalls positioned High. (See 2nd chart below).
